yeah i know excuses are all i give. but yeah i still have a ton of stuff to put up but the problem is finding the time to do it. im getting a new laptop next week which works for me cause i have a wireless printer/scanner so ill be able to post stuff soon ..... hopefully.

but yeah so an update on the wonderful life of aubrey

me and a bunch of friends formed a rocky horror picture show troop. we do showings of rocky once a month . what we do is we have the movie playing over a projector and as the movie is playing we have our shadow cast (the troop) all dressed as the characters acting out all the scenes as the movies playing.

my band fires in japan (check out our myspace) has been uber active. we now have a full band , we found a drummer at last. we were supposed to play a show last friday bull it got called off. BUT if anyone lives in michigan and wants to go we have a show coming up on february 20th at the modern exchange out in southgate. were playing with sum band named J. Lebang. which i guess is some powermetal band from the 80's and then some other band named Triclonious , ?????? yeah i dunno . but its gunna be ALOT of fun.

also i finally started college again. i wish i had gotten some better classes but it w/e thats what i get for registering for classes late. im an illustration major at community college for right now but when next fall rolls around im hoping to transfer to CCS (College For Creative Studies) which is the best art school in michigan, kendall is okay to but i much prefer CCS.

um .... yeah i quit my job at the dry cleaners and got a new jb at SUBWAY :( but at least there alot more flexible with my schooling and im getting a ton more hours at subway.

yeah so right now im sitting in the student center up at school and i need to get going to my art class so ill ttyl . peace out homies.

i hope to have new stuf soon

hohoho so you were the groovy cat that sent us a message on myspace . yeah i was at a small diner with our singer and hes like " yeah dude it was the craziest thing we have a fan from berlin 0_0" he wouldnt shut up about it for awhile. but yeah thank you very very very much . im glad you like our music. were gunna be looking into recording soon . because as much as i we like our myspace stuff , it was recorded on a laptop , and there all slowed down acoustic versions. live everything is alot faster and has alot more of that gritty punk/ grunge feel yet slightly pop(py??). but yeah ill post when we have new songs up . im currently working on sticker , pin , and t-shirt designs which will be cool. this summer where doing a small mid-west tour hitting a bunch of places is michigan and ending illinois (chicago) . mainly we ussually just play a bunch of local bars and coffee shops , so it will be nice.

bah , your english is fine. i know what your saying . english is such a bastardized language anyways.

but our band has been around sence about early july. we are in the works of trying to get some stuff recorded. we sound so much better live . as for the tour im not sure if we are still doing it . because the other bands dropped the bill . so we are just planning a ton of shows this summer. the whole studies thing does make things difficult at times , our guitarist and drummer are still in high school. me and the singer are in college so we have a little more time on our hand except for when mid terms and finals roll around . we have alot of shows coming up.

come next fall im going to be looking into a record label. but at least by early summer we are going to have some full band recordings up. we where supposed to records like 3 weeks ago but i got called into work and couldnt make it. but soon very soon we will record . it makes me happy that you digg our music.

on another note the "Fires in Japan" mascot is a little robot named repo , me and the lead singer are working on a short comic mini series about the robot , hes doing the writing and im doing the art . but if we happen to get it made into an actual comic book we are going to be putting fan pics in it .

also if you ever care to do fan art ^_- it will be posted on our myspace
